ROOST Apartment Hotel, newly erected in Midtown, Philadelphia, is a boutique hotel with all the comfort of a smartly-designed apartment. If the clean-cut, effortlessly modern look of the LINE and ACE hotels in Los Angeles appeals to you, ROOST is right up your alley.
ROOST’s alluring modern, yet homey atmosphere is the work of New York architect Morris Adjmi, who wanted to make sure that the hotel felt “more like the apartment of a friend that you want to stay at, as opposed to a hotel that you were just passing through.”
Occupying two floors in the downtown Philly’s Packard Building, ROOST offers 27 available loft-style apartments, all completely furnished with carefully curated furniture and art. The apartments feature modern art pieces, Turkmen carpets and sanded wood floors. The spaces retain a cozy, modern feel without feeling cluttered or too high-concept.
Each apartment includes high tech amenities such as Apple TV and high-end kitchen and laundry appliances. Communities amenities include a state-of-the art gym, outdoor courtyard and even a bike share program.
ROOST offers residents a variety of spaces, from one bedroom studio units to full-size penthouses.
